The founder of the company, Gábor Juhász, who started from a multinational environment, gained experience and then started his own business. He achieved success at several large companies and made a name for himself in the industry. He also gained diverse experience here; as a domestic project manager, he managed the installation of Hungary's first battery storage and coordinated the development projects of several gas-powered power plants. He took a huge part in the E-On Audi solar power plant project and participated in solving complex technical problems in gas-powered power plants.

During his time at large companies, he observed and learned, monitored the market and realized that there was an unfilled market gap for both employees and customers. It was then that the idea came to his mind that there was a need in Hungary and even internationally for a company that combines the security, predictability of multinational companies and the flexibility of smaller businesses without compromise. The management can respond dynamically to changing market demands with quick decision-making, keeping in mind high quality expectations. Its goal is to have the best team of professionals representing high professional standards in its team and to build a company with them that satisfies a wide range of customer needs.
